Photographs of historic homes, churches, forts and other buildings across Washington State taken as part of a Works Progress Administration-funded project in the 1930s.

This collection is the result of nearly two decades of research on Washington State history by HistoryLink. The bulk of these documents were compiled during the production of HistoryLink publications, a list of which can be found in the related materials section of this finding aid. Documents within the collection include newspaper clippings, reports, interview transcripts, and promotional materials.
